Domestic Shipping Services

Zazzle offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, Premium and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our Premium Shipping, and 4-7 business days for Standard. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type.

Special cases

  • If you request shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO location, please choose the Standard shipping option
  • If you request shipping to US territories, please be sure to choose the US Territory as the country and NOT the United States

A variety of carriers deliver your orders, but we are proud to use the United States Postal Service and UPS for most of our domestic shipments.


Calculating your shipping rate

Because there are so many variables in generating a basic shipping quote, we recommend that you place a mock order to get the most accurate pricing figure.  You need not make any purchase to do so.

You can generate your own price quote by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart. If this is your first time using the Zazzle checkout, you may be asked to create a Zazzle account, add a shipping and billing address and enter basic payment information (like a valid credit card #) in order to proceed on to the page with the shipping estimates. Rest assured that you will not be charged unless you proceed all the way through to the completion of your order (and the Order Confirmation page).

Once you have entered the requested information needed to provide the estimate, the various available shipping options and relative pricing will be displayed. This page will also reflect an overall price for the order, including product, tax (if applicable) and shipping**.

Please note that both product & shipping prices are subject to change. Quotes generated using the method noted above are only valid for the browser session during which they are generated. Prices displayed during previous sessions will not be honored.

**The cart does not reflect customs duties for internationally bound packages ordered through the Zazzle.com site. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office.

**In the case of orders placed through Zazzle's International web portals, the local tax and customs fees are covered by Zazzle. Separate customs charges will not apply unless the order is shipped outside of the region covered by the portal's distinct agreement with the local customs office. Inactive or Invalid Tracking Number?

If you have selected a shipping method that is traceable, please be advised:

Tracking numbers do not become active on most of our courier's websites until after the delivery drivers pick up and scan the packages. In most cases, the initial tracking information will not show up in their online tracking systems until the packages have reached the main sorting facilities (generally after 8:00pm PST/PDT on the day they are picked up).

Please refer to your Order Status page or your Shipping Confirmation email to see when the package was queued for shipment from our production facility.

If your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST/PDT) or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day.

  • Zazzle and its couriers (UPS, FedEx & the US Postal Service) all consider business days to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions.
  • Zazzle and its couriers (UPS, FedEx & the US Postal Service) all consider the official "first day in transit" to be the business day following the pickup of the package. 

Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.


Canada & Mexico Shipping Rates & Taxes

Orders to Canada and Mexico may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid upon receipt of your package. Zazzle is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

The shipping times given below are estimates. Shipments to Canada and Mexico may be delayed by customs and other circumstances and are outside of Zazzle’s control.

Please note: If you choose "Standard" (USPS Airmail) (7-21 days) shipping, you will NOT be able to track your order. By choosing USPS Airmail shipping, your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Zazzle will be able to see the shipping status of your order. If tracking is important to you, please consider using the Express shipping option which uses a different carrier. With this option, tracking will be available for the entire transit process.


International Shipping Rates & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (when placed through Zazzle.com**). Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Zazzle is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note:

  • International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Zazzle’s control.
  • If you choose "Standard Shipping" USPS Airmail (5-12 days) , you will NOT be able to track your order. By choosing USPS Airmail shipping, your package will leave our manufacturing facility and neither you nor Zazzle will be able to see the shipping status of your order.
  • If the ability to track the pack in transit is important to you, please consider selecting the Express Shipping option which uses a different carrier. With this option, tracking will be available for the entire transit process.
